Research Interest
I received my B.A. from Georgia State University in 2006, and my M.S. from the University of New Orleans in August 2009. One major objective of my work is to examine the different pathways to adolescent antisocial behaviors and severe conduct problems from a developmental psychopathology perspective. I am particularly interested in studying both general and sexual misconduct among adolescents, and furthering the typological information on offending in youth in order to inform research, therapy, and policy. Another goal of my research is to provoke developmental specificity in order to inform the design of policies toward adolescent sexual misconduct. Lastly, I am interested in examining therapeutic outcomes for both general and sexually offending detained adolescents.
