Research Interest
Jessica graduated Cum Laude from the University of Kentucky in December 2006 with a B.A. in Psychology and a B.A. in Sociology. She is currently in pursuit of her Master’s degree in applied developmental psychology as a second year graduate student at the University of New Orleans. She is currently a research assistant in Dr. Robert Laird’s Families and Teens lab working on the Louisiana Teenagers, Health, and Religion Study.
Her research interests lie in the areas of both parenting and children. Specifically, how parenting influences child behavior, and how children influence parenting.
