Bethan Roberts, B.S.
Graduate Student
Research Interest
Bethan Roberts graduated from Michigan State University in 2008 with a B.S. in Psychology. Prior to, and upon graduation, she had the opportunity to work on the MSU Attention Study under the direction of Dr. Joel Nigg. This research focused on genetic and environmental factors related to attentional disorders. Her participation in this study sparked a deeper interest in the etiology of ADHD and related, commonly comorbid disorders, leading her to continue her graduate studies in this area under the direction of Dr. Michelle Martel, at the University of New Orleans. Bethan moved to the United States in 1995 from Wales and grew up in Michigan. She is looking forward to broadening her interests and experiencing the culture of New Orleans while she completes her graduate education in biopsychology.
